Hey everyone....Just wanted to say hello from the road and let you knownthat the tour is going GREAT!!!!
We wanna thank all of those who have come out to support the shows....
Tonight we are in St. Louis and it is the first night that all four bands will play together that will finish out this summer on the GET HAPPY TOUR....Good stuff....
Obviously, you know we LOVE the Army Of Freshmen DUDES and have toured with the great LBC as well....
But, if you haven't checked out PUNCHLINE, please do....They are a great band and are great guys as well.....

Hello everyone....I hope this finds you all with a spoon full of pudding .....
We are excited to announce that we have put the finishing touches on our upcoming album and are headed back on the road....
THE GET HAPPY tour is starting on June 22nd in Austin TX and will cover most of the country in two short months....
Joining us are 3 great bands...Lucky Boys Confusion, Punchline, and Army Of Freshmen....

Not sure when the new album is going to come out, but I should know in the next few weeks....
I promise to do better at updating this now that we are finished recording...

Though we DO "ROCK LIKE A HURRICANE," the hurricanes have not ROCKED BFS!!!!
I just wanted to say thanks to the MANY people that have emailed or called us to make sure we are all OK after Hurricane RITA pounded south Texas...
We are all fine and last night were all together to celebrate Gary's wedding...The cakes were both amazing BTW, and, I have said it before and probably will again, GARY IS A GENIUS!!!!
They had queso and Fajitas....My god.... What a great move...
Seriously, we are all fine, and family members are headed back down south as gas stations replenish their supply...
I do want to take the opportunity to say, that though BFS is lucky enough to be at home right now with our families, SAFE AND SOUND....many of our brothers and sisters are without places to live, and without even the daily necessities that we all take for granted....
PLEASE give to the RED CROSS and specify "Hurricane Relief" as the benefactor of your donation....
Man...What a summer....Between Rye NY, OKC, Alexandria, LA and so on, the last few weeks of our HANGOVER tour were the biggest headlining shows we have EVER played in the US....Thanks to everyone that came out!!!
Big shout outs to everyone in Shreveport, LA and Souix Falls, SD for coming out to our spontaneous fund raisers for Hurricane relief...
In the two weeks that followed this horrible disaster, BFS and our fans managed to raise OVER 20 thousand dollars for Katrina Relief!!!
So we are at home now for a bit...The guys are all doing their own thing right now...
I am in the studio with a band called The Dog & Everything ....
They are a good bunch of dudes...We are recording three songs this week and then I will have a bit of time off...
Thanks to everyone that has asked about my knee surgery....I won't go into it, but I am fine and will be back rocking very soon!!!!

Hello all....I am writing again so soon because I am really excited.....We are in the Studio in Nashville TN recording two songs for a NEW ALBUM we are going to bring to you in the fall....
Ok....Don't get TOO excited.....We ARE putting together a new album, but this will be somewhat of a hodge podge of songs....
You see, through the last few years, we have recorded a TON of songs for movies and TV shows and such that were never released....We have also released a few B sides and such that we feel like you SHOULD have heard, but probably haven't.......
SSSSOOOOOOOO......We are going to put a few things together, record two songs today, one cover and one new BFS song, and you will have the result in just a few months......
In the mean time....Request OHIO....

Hey there....Gosh....It is amazing that it has been almost a month since I wrote....the tour is still going strong....We have been in Memphis for a few days, and it is FREAKIN HOT!!!!
The shows have been great....The last few days, we have had our friends in WAKEFIELD on the road with us.....Good guys....Great band....
We are planning to announce our opening bands for the October UK dates in the next few days....I can't tell you how excited we are about the tour......
Seriously, if you have not requested OHIO latley, I don't like you anymore......OK.....I still like you....But call and request it now.....
Alrighty....Im tired....

Hey everyone....The tour is going great, and OHIO is heating up the airwaves....
We have been spending a lot of time in the state of Ohio ironically...
Last week we played the half time show for the Major League Soccer all star game....We got to meet Drew Carey, who though it was cool that we mention him in the song....
That night we went to this bar in Columbus with all of the players and cheerleaders..Here is a shout out to the Crewsers!!!!..It was a blast.....BFS owned the Dance floor....
Last night we played the OHIO STATE FAIR and the crowd was HUGE!!!1
Erik and I also hosted the morning show in WNCI for a few days, which was a blast as well....
We have played quite a few fairs on this tour, and I haven't had a freakin corn dog yet!!!
That sucks....Nor have I won an uneeded stuffed toy.....Or riden a ride....I suck....
Thanks as always to those that are coming out to the shows....We are having a blast.....
I gotta go sound check here in Ft Wayne....Hope to see you all very soon!!!

So, our summer tour is officially under way...It started off with a bang in one of our old stomping grounds, Abilene, TX....The show was fun...Lots of friendly faces....We did a few shows with our friends in THE VANISHED.....
Our next stop was Lubbock, TX....The show was amazing,....Sold out and rockin....
Yesterday we played a show in Plano, TX, which is where close to where we live....There were 20 bands and a lot of people came out....It was great.....
Right now we are in Little Rock Arkansas....We have played here many times....We are playing at Juanita's, which is also a Mexican food restaurant, and is really good....I am freakin full right now...We ate 4 bowls of Queso....I think they put crack in it.....Very addicting....
So, I haven't uploaded photos yet, but it is on my list.....
See you soon....Tour dates are being added daily, so look for us near you!!!!

It has been a crazy weekend....Seriously....Insane....
We started off on Thursday in Dayton, Ohio doing some radio visits and such...Met a lot of really cool folks there, and are planning to do a show soon...
That night, we moved on to Cleveland where we were for the RADIO AND RECORDS convention...This is a music industry magazine that has this conference with all kinds of artist showcases, panals and such...
Erik and I stayed out with some Jive folks all night and were feeling it the next day, but didnt have to get up too early....
Friday night we played a show at one of our favorite spots, the ODEAN in Cleveland....The show was great and we got to give the JIVE staff their gold records, which was really cool.....
The show was amazing....Really a lot of fun....
Another long night insued.....
The next day, the crew, Chris and Gary headed home and I had to participate in this Yahoo panal called Rate The Record....I actually won the thing, which was fun.....
Erik and I headed to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from there and played at THE LAST CHANCE PROM....Which is on a boat full of drunk people dressed up like prom night....We got to play with a great 80s cover band called FERRIS BUELERS REVENGE....They were so good....The song selection was PREMO!!!!
After that we closed down the Hard Rock Cafe doing 80s Kareoke....Erik, of course, was amazing.....
We then flew to Milwuakee Wisconsin and met the other guys for TASTE OF SUMMER.....The rain rolled in just as we were setting up and our show was cancelled.....Not to be shut down, we did an impromptu acoustic show to about 2000 people that had waited for two hours in the rain....It was amazing....Thanks to everyone that stayed!!!
Today we are in LA, CA recording for a new movie called JUST LIKE HEAVEN.....Right now we are all chillin because the girl that sings "My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard" is recording her vocals....So I took the time to do this.....
Now I am going to try and upload some photos for the first time.....Wish me luck!!!

THE UK, THE MAN, and me not updating this very often!!!
Hello all.....I hope you are all doing fantastic....
First of all, sorry this page was down for a bit, and that I have not been updating it very regularly.....I promise to do better....
So we just returned from the Download Festival in the UK, and seriously had an unbelievable weekend.....Not only did we get to see My Chemical Romance, The USed, ANTHRAX, and many other bands, but we actually managed to stay sober enough this year to put on a pretty darn good show.....
The entire weekend was great....
Many of you have been asking about the WEB SITE, and the fact that the candy machine has been vandalized....
The truth is, we got busted by the man.....The powers that be at the MARS candy company discovered that we had candy selections that very closely resembled some of their products, and NICELY asked that we remove them....They were actually pretty cool about the whole thing, so everyone go out and have a SNICKERS!!!!!
We will be working towards a new site in the coming weeks as well as doing some updates and upkeep stuff.....
As far as the summer touring is concerned..
we are NOT doing Warped Tour....
we are NOT touring with the BACK STREET BOYS.....
We are NOT touring with Reel Big Fish....
Many new developments are happening daily, so PLEASE watch the web site for dates near you over the coming months!!!!
